Our Approach

Our classes utilize the exercises created by Joseph Pilates in a contemporary context. While the work is rooted in the Pilates tradition, we offer a unique combination of various self-massage techniques, a sprinkling of fundamental movement pattern exercises, breath work, and whispers of yoga.

With the goal of moving well, moving often and moving mindfully, we hope you become more aware of how you move, feel better in your body and of course, enjoy moving with us!
