Weekly LIVE Classes
Join the LIVE classes for a sense of community and accountability. The LIVE classes are full body sessions with a light focus on one particular area. Mondays 9.00 – 9.30 / Thursdays 19.00 – 20.15 CEST.

Our classes utilize the exercises created by Joseph Pilates in a contemporary context. While the work is rooted in the Pilates tradition, we offer a unique combination of various self-massage techniques, a sprinkling of fundamental movement pattern exercises, breath work, and whispers of yoga.
